Weekly Encouragement

"Behold My servant, whom I uphold.

My Chosen One, in whom My soul delights.

I have put My Ruach on Him,

He will bring justice to the nations.

He will not cry out or raise His voice,

or make His voice heard in the street.

A bruised reed He will not break.

A smoldering wick He will not snuff out.

He will faithfully bring forth justice."

-Isaiah 42:1-3

We all come to times when we feel hurt or damaged, like our struggles are too much for us to handle. Where do we turn in those times? We have a Messiah who is just, faithful, and compassionate. He knows our troubles and cares for each one of us. In those times when you feel like a bruised reed or a smouldering wick you have mishpocha to reach out to for prayer and support, but first and foremost turn to your Heavenly Father because there is nothing too small or too great for our G-d.
